For the educational development of Gimcheon, Gyeongyang Precision Co., Ltd. (Chairman Chung Byungkee) has donated 10 million won to the scholarship fund to Gimcheon City talent Cultivation Foundation (President Park Bo-saeng)

Chung Byungkee, CEO of Keyyang Precision Co., said, "We will donate 10 million won to the scholarship fund to return some of our business profits to the local community and to help raise human resources in the Gimcheon area."

On the other hand, Keyyang Precision Co., Ltd., established in 1994, produces turbochargers for automobiles and supplies them to Hyundai Motors. The company was appointed as a director of the Gimcheon City Human Resources Development Foundation last year and is awarded to those with outstanding achievements that contributed to national industrial development, which was awarded as a medal by the Ministry of Industry and Commerce.​

So far, the scholarship fund has been raised to 13,257 million won with much interest and cooperation from citizens, tourists and businesses.
